Locklear, a 20-year-old male from Pembroke, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony conspiracy in connection with the deaths of Randi Deondrea Hunt and the 15-year-old boy. The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest, marking a crucial development in the case.
