Jonathan Monte Flowers, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2021, in Ramseur, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. at the Town and Country Mobile Home Park on Highway 64 West. Jonathan was sitting in a car when he was shot and died at the scene. A 21-year-old woman, Tashara Nachelle Simmons, was also in the car and sustained injuries. She was taken to a nearby hospital, but her condition was unknown at the time.
