Jamel Ramel Haskins, a 28-year-old Black male, was found dead on September 24, 2021, on the side of Brucewood Road in Graham, Alamance County, North Carolina. Haskins, who resided in Durham County, was discovered with gunshot wounds, and authorities confirmed his affiliation with gangs in Durham County. The location of his death appeared to be an isolated incident with no known ties to the neighborhood where his body was found.
