Hope Laraine Kennedy, a 45-year-old woman from Newton, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on December 23, 2021. She was found suffering from a gunshot wound at her home, where she lived with her boyfriend, Thomas Matthew Gardner, and their two teenage children. The incident occurred following a domestic dispute that escalated into a physical altercation, during which Gardner shot Kennedy.
