Michael Williams Goins, a 47-year-old man from Pilot Mountain, NC, tragically died on June 11, 2022, from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute between Goins and his wife, Sherry Palmer Goins, 54. Their 21-year-old son, Andrew William Goins, was present during the altercation and ultimately fired the shot that killed his father.
