Mishael James "MJ" Auman, a 37-year-old white male firefighter from Seagrove, North Carolina, passed away on June 25, 2022. Initially, his death appeared to be a suicide, as he was found with a gunshot wound at his home on Ridge Road. However, further investigation by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office revealed that his death was a homicide. MJ Auman was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
