LaMichael Jammual Everette, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2022, in Tarboro, North Carolina. Everette was found suffering from a gunshot wound off Tolbert Place in Princeville, a residential area off U.S. 64. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire early Sunday morning around 1 a.m. Deputies arrived at the scene around 3 a.m. and found Everette, who later succumbed to his injuries.
