Nicholas Lamont Martin, a 44-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2022, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred on the night of November 11, when Martin was shot in the area of Pearson Street and Ross Avenue. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries the following day. The Greensboro Police Department immediately launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death, treating it as a homicide.
