Daniel Case, a 47-year-old man from Hendersonville, North Carolina, tragically died from a gunshot wound in a remote mountainous area of Henderson County on November 29, 2022. Initially reported as a missing person, the investigation quickly turned into a homicide case. Detectives with the Henderson County Sheriff's Office determined that foul play was involved in Case's disappearance and subsequent death.
