Martha Medina, aged 43, was a victim of homicide on July 9, 2016, in Detroit, Michigan. She was shot and killed along with her friend Nayely Martinez while sitting in a car on Detroit's southwest side. The incident occurred around noon in a typically quiet residential neighborhood, and both women were tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
