Tamila Wooley, a 34-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead in her home in Walker, Louisiana, on January 1, 2014. The discovery was made by a family acquaintance who found her body in her bedroom. Tamila had multiple gunshot wounds and appeared to have been sitting or lying on her bed when she was killed.
