Ayesha Majeed, an 18-year-old woman from Waggaman, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on February 1, 2014. Ayesha, who was of African-American descent, was shot three times during an argument with Eric Alexander, a 21-year-old man. The incident occurred in the 3700 block of Clover Lane in Harvey, Jefferson Parish. According to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office, Ayesha was fleeing from Alexander and ran to a nearby home in search of help.
