Harold Bart Oliphant Sr., a 55-year-old man from Ponchatoula, Louisiana, tragically died on June 28, 2014. He was a scaffold building superintendent with 35 years of experience and was well-regarded for his generosity, humor, intelligence, and toughness. Oliphant was involved in an altercation at a bar on Louisiana Highway 22, which led to his untimely death.
