Franky Joseph, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2014, in Assumption Parish, Louisiana. The incident occurred shortly after midnight at the Alexis Sports Bar on Highway 308 in Paincourtville. Responding deputies found Joseph suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
