Broderick Ulysses Parker, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 28, 2014, in Violet, Louisiana. His death occurred in the early morning hours, around 6:30 a.m., in the 2300 block of Licciardi Lane. Broderick was the beloved son of Lanell Parker and Broderick U.
