Braylen Brayshun Foulcard, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on October 23, 2016, in Franklin, Louisiana. Braylen was found shot to death inside his vehicle in the 500 block of Augustine Maze Street in Franklin. The investigation revealed that Braylen had arranged to meet De'ondric Clarks, a 15-year-old African American male at the time, to sell a cellphone.
De'ondric Clarks was later found guilty of second-degree murder in August 2019 and was sentenced to life
