Norma Sue Ross, a 48-year-old woman from Anacoco, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on January 1, 2017. The incident occurred on New Year's Day when a shooting took place at a residence in the Ross Road area of Anacoco. According to reports, the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office received a 911 call around 7:06 p.m. regarding a shooting.
