On an otherwise ordinary day in Greensburg, Louisiana, the life of 20-year-old Angelica Hope Leray was tragically cut short. On August 30, 2017, the young woman, who was six months pregnant, was fatally shot while a passenger in a car. The events of that day unfolded as Leray was getting a ride home from her job at Hatfield's Grocery.
