Donna Arceneaux, a 40-year-old woman from Franklinton, Louisiana, was found dead in her home on October 24, 2017. Her body was discovered by two friends who went to check on her after being unable to contact her. Arceneaux was found on the floor, half-naked, with a gunshot wound through her chest. A handgun was found on her bed, but authorities did not confirm whether it was the weapon used in the shooting.
