In the quiet community of Destrehan, Louisiana, a grim discovery was made on the morning of November 19, 2017. The body of a man, identified as Anthony Tyler Fletcher, was found lying in a driveway in the 200 block of Meadows Street. Deputies from the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the scene shortly after 8 a.m. and pronounced him dead.
