Anthony Fletcher, a 25-year-old Black male, was found dead on November 19, 2017, in Destrehan, Louisiana. Fletcher, who was known locally as rapper Anthony "TC" Cole, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and neck on Meadows Drive. The St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the scene shortly after 8 a.m. and pronounced him dead upon arrival.
