On September 9, 2017, Eric Perkins, 24, was found dead in Detroit, Michigan, alongside his friend Jalisa Baxter, 23. The two victims were discovered in a parked car, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds to the back of their heads in what authorities described as an “execution-style” killing.
