An 18-year-old Black male named Timmy Daniels was found deceased on March 9, 2019, in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. His death was the result of gun violence. Prior to the discovery of his body, Daniels had been reported missing from the Scotlandville area of Baton Rouge on February 10, 2019.

The investigation into his death led to at least one arrest by mid-March of that year. While one individual was taken into custody in connection with the teenager's death, authorities indicated at ...
