Bobby Simmons, a 62-year-old lifelong resident of Bastrop, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of November 16, 2021, at around 01:20 AM in front of his residence at 617 Hayne. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Mr. Simmons, a father and well-known member of the community, was pronounced dead at the scene.
