In the early hours of Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2008, the life of Paul Brown, a 29-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on a street in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:22 a.m., police responded to a report of a person shot at 8 Malta Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Brown lying in front of the residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
