Do you know who killed Rogerson? An African-American man, 22-year-old Rogerson Eveillard, was fatally shot in Boston on the evening of November 16, 2009. The incident occurred at approximately 5:41 PM at the intersection of Bowdoin Street and Norton Street in the Dorchester neighborhood.
