Michael Allen Matthews, a 47-year-old male from Haughton, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on September 6, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:30 a.m., in the garage area of a home located in the 600 block of Alex Way. Matthews was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport for treatment, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
