In the early hours of Sunday, November 7, 2010, the life of 17-year-old Emuel Loissaint, an African-American male, was tragically cut short on Mascot Street in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. At approximately 12:55 a.m., Boston police officers from Area B-3 responded to a call for shots fired.
