Richard Earl Dick Ehlenfeldt, a 50-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on January 8, 1993, in Palatine, Illinois. He and his wife, Lynn Anne Wiese Ehlenfeldt, were the owners of the Brown's Chicken restaurant in Palatine. On that fateful night, Richard and six other employees were brutally murdered during an armed robbery. The assailants, Juan Luna and James Degorski, entered the restaurant and shot the victims execution-style before stuffing their bodies into walk-in freezers.
