Stanley R. Pijanowski III, a 52-year-old white male, was tragically killed on March 11, 1997, during a violent incident at the Comerica bank branch in Detroit, Illinois. Pijanowski, who served as the branch manager and assistant vice president, was one of three victims in a shooting spree carried out by Allen Lane Griffin Jr., a 21-year-old man from Detroit.
