Luis Laboy, a 42-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on January 30, 2006, in Chicago, Illinois. Laboy was one of three victims in a shooting incident that took place in a garage in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. The other victims were Emanuel Corona-Cruz, 18, and Jose Corona-Cruz, 21.
