Fredrick Collins, a 24-year-old African American male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2009. Fredrick was gunned down in the early hours of the morning while carrying his 3-year-old son. The incident occurred when an unknown assailant shot him with a shotgun, leaving his family and community in shock and mourning.
