Jamal Roc Harris, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2012, in a drive-by shooting on Chicago's Southeast Side. The incident occurred near a liquor store on East 79th Street, where Harris was found inside the store with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
