Joseph Brittman, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the city's Southwest Side. According to reports, Joseph was approached by a group of individuals near 64th and Campbell.
