Joseph Brittman, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the city's Southwest Side. According to reports, Joseph was approached by a group of individuals near 64th and Campbell. During this confrontation, Devon Clark, also 19 years old, allegedly taunted Joseph and his companions before opening fire.
