Ramone Ezekiel Bowen Sr., a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2014, in Rockford, Illinois. Born on September 17, 1986, in Rockford, he was the son of Angela Bowen and Curtis Robinson. Ramone was a member of New Life Worship Center and attended Rockford First.
