On a Sunday evening in the spring of 2013, a young African-American man named Malcolm Campbell, age 23, was fatally shot in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The incident occurred around 7:50 p.m. on April 28th, near the intersection of Howard Avenue and Wayland Street.
