Ron Jailan Gaston, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2016, in Burnham, Illinois. On that fateful evening, police were called to the 14500-block of Hoxie Avenue around 7:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Ron lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
