Jonathon John Doe Ortiz, a 22-year-old male, was tragically killed on September 29, 2016, in Chicago, IL. Ortiz, also known by his stage name John Doe, was a rapper who had been an active member of Chicago's music community. The incident occurred early in the morning on the Eisenhower Expressway near East Garfield Park.
