Jason McCullough, a 39-year-old man from Park Forest, IL, was tragically shot and killed on October 28, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. when Park Forest Police responded to a call of shots fired from within a home on the 200 block of Arcadia Street. Upon arrival, officers found Jason McCullough suffering from at least one gunshot wound and showing no signs of life. Paramedics confirmed that McCullough was deceased at the scene.
