David Ceja-Sanchez, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically found dead on November 29, 2016, in Lockport, Illinois. He and his brother, Marco Ceja-Sanchez, aged 37, were discovered inside a townhome under construction in the 16100 block of Coneflower Drive.
