Filogonio Rivera-Camacho, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 15, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Brighton Park neighborhood, where Rivera-Camacho and his 18-year-old brother, Emmanuel Camacho, were found dead in their apartment.
