Christopher Chico, a 31-year-old man from Robbins, Illinois, was tragically shot and killed on July 16, 2017. The incident occurred early in the morning around 3:30 a.m. when officers discovered Chico with multiple gunshot wounds inside a Kia that had crashed on Claire Boulevard near Kedzie. According to the Cook County sheriff’s office and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Chico was transported to MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, where he was pronounced dead at 4:03 a.m. I ...
