Michael Peterman, a 28-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot to death on the night of July 18, 2017. The incident occurred in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood on the South Side. According to reports, Michael Peterman had invited an acquaintance to his home around 10:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of West 18th Place. During the visit, the male guest unexpectedly pulled out a gun and shot Peterman in the abdomen before fleeing the scene. Peterman was pronounced dead at the scene by author ...
