Marcelle P. Rey, a 56-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed on July 18, 2017. The incident occurred in the South Side’s East Chatham neighborhood just before 1:30 a.m. A gunman exited a red Camaro in the 8400 block of South Maryland Avenue and shot Marcelle P.
