Ronald Terrel James, a 36-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on November 5, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Town neighborhood on the Near West Side. Ronald was sitting in a vehicle on the 100 block of North Hermitage near the United Center when an unknown assailant approached and shot him in the head.
