In the cold of a Baltimore winter, on January 13, 2007, the life of Richard Crane was tragically cut short. Crane, a 36-year-old African-American male, was in the 1500 block of East 29th Street when he was fatally shot. When authorities arrived at the scene, he was pronounced dead from the gunshot wounds he had sustained.
