Danielle Son, a 22-year-old woman from Rockford, IL, was tragically found dead on February 22, 2018. Her body, along with that of her boyfriend, Sergio Quiroz, was discovered in Blackhawk Park. Both victims had been reported missing earlier in the week after a police welfare check at Danielle Son's home revealed that her two young children had been left unattended. The Winnebago County Coroner confirmed that Danielle Son and Sergio Quiroz were both shot to death.
