In the early evening hours of March 3, 2007, the life of 19-year-old Thomas Alexander Terry Jr. was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. A male, he was in the 100 block of West Hamburg Street when he was fatally shot. The incident, which occurred shortly after 7 p.m., left a void in the community and a case for the Baltimore City Police that would remain unresolved for years to come.
