Nino Penaloza, a 24-year-old male from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot and killed on the night of June 19, 2018. The incident occurred in the South Side Englewood neighborhood, specifically in the 5000 block of South Wood. According to reports, Penaloza was walking when a masked individual approached him from behind and fired multiple shots, striking him in the upper body.
