In the spring of 2007, a wave of violence gripped the city of Baltimore, leaving a trail of unsolved tragedies. Among the victims was Jasman Elmore, an 18-year-old African American male whose life was cut short by gunfire. The incident that led to his death unfolded on the evening of Wednesday, May 23, 2007, in the 2300 block of Frederick Avenue.
