Keshonda Monique Maxey, a 19-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on October 21, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. She was found inside a parked vehicle in the West Side Austin neighborhood, alongside 26-year-old Martice Luster, who was also fatally shot.
